For most medical practices, the "appointment card" has had the same look for years: A white
linen-textured card with black print. Usually, this was the choice because it was the cheapest option.
But no longer!
Beatties offer an appointment card on a
low-sheen 300gsm card stock. This
provides a super-smooth writing surface
that accepts pen and pencil with ease.
You can choose to keep a simple
one-colour design if that's what you have
been used to. Or you can have up to full
colour on both sides with no price
increase.
As with regular business cards, your
design can be a duplication of your
existing card, or a brand new custom
design. Being fully customised, the design
fits the image you wish to portray:
Corporate, colourful, humorous, etc.
As a finishing touch, your cards can have round "credit-card" corners, square corners, or a mix of both.
INITIAL ORDERS AND RE-ORDERS
Time is precious, so Beatties keep the initial design/order process and future re-orders as simple as
possible for you. The initial design is proofed to you via email. Usually, just one or two changes are
required and we're ready to go to print. No signatures or deposits required - just a confirmation that
you are happy with the design and wish to go ahead.
When you need to re-order, give us a quick
call at least 10 days before you run out. If
changes are required, such as a changed
phone number, the updated design is
emailed to you to confirm the changes are
correct. A quick confirmation by email or
phone sends them to print. Delivery is
made directly to your practice.
PRICING
Appointment cards are priced very simply:
They are the same price regardless of the
number of colours. If one or more corners
are rounded, there's a small price increase.
