How It Works
The whole point of our service is to save you time and hassle. As a result, the process of dealing with us is
incredibly simple.
Step 1: Let us know what you need done
This usually entails emailing instructions and/or a scanned image. If the instructions are a little more complex, you
may also choose to give us a quick call. We're only too happy to chat on the phone if that simplifies the process.
Step 2: We prepare the artwork and return it to you
Based on your instructions, we assemble the artwork and email it back to you. On the email, we state the time the
work took and the resulting cost. In almost all cases, the artwork is ready to go at this stage. On occasion, you may
need to specify a small change or two.
Step 3: Payment
We send you an itemised invoice at the end of each month. (Be sure to read about pricing options).
